We provide both proactive and reactive on-site support. It is better to prevent problems occuring by proactively checking the health of servers, networks, data backup and PCs but when things go wrong we respond rapidly to resolve the issue and identify the root cause so recurrence can be prevented.
Typically we respond within two hours and fix as soon as possible thereafter.
Where customers have a permanent Internet connection, we can offer remote monitoring over a secure VPN. This allows us to see when servers require attention before they fail. Monitoring can be automated if required.
Remote support allows us to see your PC or server desktop and interact while you watch and participate. We can show you how to perform specific tasks or make configuration changes whilst discussing them with you over the phone.
